Shipping + Returns
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need a drop-ship product, please contact Prestige Customer Service within 5 days of delivery. Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Once a drop-ship item has shipped, return requests must be approved by both Prestige and the manufacturer. Returned merchandise must be shipped back promptly at your expense and must have a Return Authorization (RA) number, if required by the manufacturer.
To be eligible for credit, items must be returned in clean, unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and components. Returns are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and any applicable restocking fees. Restocking fees are typically 25% of the purchase price but may vary by manufacturer and product.
No credit will be issued for merchandise that has been used, damaged, altered, specially ordered, or returned without authorization. Additional fees may apply if the manufacturer determines the item cannot be returned to inventory in resalable condition.
Approved returns for drop-ship items are generally issued as account credit. Refunds to the original payment method are granted at Prestige’s discretion and are subject to manufacturer approval, applicable restocking fees, processing fees, and shipping charges.
